• Full Sun (6+ hours/day): Wintergreen Couch, Palmetto Buffalo
• Part Shade (3–5 hours/day): Sir Walter Buffalo, Empire Zoysia
• Mostly Shade: Sir Walter is your best bet

Lawn Usage

• High Traffic: Kids, dogs, outdoor entertaining → Choose Palmetto or Sir Walter
• Low Use Areas: Choose soft, low-growth Empire Zoysia for stunning looks with less work
• Slopes & Hot Areas: Palmetto is drought-tolerant and thrives in harsh conditions

Maintenance Level

• Low Maintenance: Empire Zoysia (slow-growing)
• Regular Maintenance OK: Wintergreen Couch (fast-growing but budget-friendly)

Soil Type

• Our turf grows well in most soils, but clay-heavy or sandy blocks (common in new estates) may need conditioning. Ask us for soil prep help.

Sun Tolerance: Performs in full sun to 70% shade
